Jacketed reactor is the main chemical react production equipment, which is widely used in resin,adhesives, paint, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and other chemical production.
Break down or Re-combined the molecule through mixing, Heating, cooling, Vacuumize. Suit for polymerization, hydrogenation, vulcanization, nitration,etc. The reactor is made up of body vessel, jacket vessel, gears, mixing devices, heating devices, cooling devices, seal composition,etc. 
The auxiliary equipment:Head tank, distillation column, condenser, water separator, collecting cans, dilution tank, filters ect.

Resin: Polyurethane resin, Polyester resin, Alkyd resin, Unsaturated polyester resin, Saturated reisn, Acrylic resin, Phenolic resin, Urea-formaldehyde resin, Epoxy resin, Amino resin, etc.
Paint: White latex, Water based paint, Oil based paint, Curing agent (hardener), Thinner, etc.
Glue: Acrylic emulsion glue, Urea-formaldehyde glue, Epoxy potting glue, Polyurethane sealant/ adhesive, Water based polyurethane, Liquid nails (Free-nail glue), etc.
Silicone oil: Silicone oil, Scrap silicone cracking for silicone oil, etc.
