Matters needing attention：

（3）Every time you start, you should check the oil quantity of the vacuum pump. The oil quantity should be in the range of the oil standard, if the oil amount is too low, the same grade of lubricating oil should be supplemented in time.
（4）In the switch control cabinet, you should be careful when you leave the power supply. Do not contact any connection end and bare wire to avoid shock.
（5）Before vacuum pumping, it is necessary to determine that the material in the cauldron is completely in a wet state so as to prevent the powder from being pumped out in the cauldron, which affects the service life of the vacuum pump.
（6）No metal or hard articles are allowed to enter the cauldron so as not to damage the machine.
（7）Special attention: we should try to avoid working rotating parts (dispersing, stirring and scraping) leaving the body of the stirred tank to avoid accidents.
（8）The high speed dispersion axis avoids the high speed operation of time - load, and should be from slow to fast speed by step by step, not to mention the most high speed. When you stop, you should slow down from fast to slow.
（9）The system pressure of the equipment has been debugged before the factory is out. Please do not adjust the valve of the hydraulic system. Otherwise, the responsibility is self - conceited.
